#1MinuteTip #SalesforceSummer23 Another of my favorite features in Summer ’23 release. You can now use Lightning and Classic email templates directly in Flows in the Send Email action.
If your email template has merge fields, you can use the recipient record or a related record to populate the merge fields. Or, you can use both.
Previously, you couldn’t use email templates directly in Salesforce Flows and needed to create “Email Alerts” to use email templates.
