Setup menu in Salesforce.com has been reorganised in a more logical structure. While earlier you had to click on your name -> setup, it has now been placed on the main screen itself besides your name so that you have one click access to setup menu from where ever you are within Salesforce.
The options within the menu has been reorganised and re-sequenced as Administer, Build, Deploy & Monitor – giving it a more logical sequence.

To activate the new setup menu, navigate to Your Name -> Setup -> Customize -> User Interface and check the option “Enable Improved Setup User Interface”
