#1MinuteTip #DF21 In Dreamforce 2021, Salesforce has introduced diagram assets and templates in Lucidchart. You can now take your Salesforce diagrams up another notch and make it beautiful & consistent. Cheers to that!
This includes:
1. Templates like Sales Cloud Overview Data Model, Service Cloud Support Data Model, Business Capabilitiy Map, CoE Operating Model and Others
How: In Lucidchart, click on File -> New -> From Template and select ‘Salesforce architecture diagrams templates’ under Visualize technical systems
2. Shapes like Product Logos, Product Icons, Industry Icons, Platform Services & Additional Icons
How: Click on ‘+ Shapes’ from the left sidebar in a Lucidchart document and search for ‘Salesforce Architecture Diagrams’
