Feedback on Our Salesforce Blog – 07

#105 What I liked the most was the study guide for community cloud PDF. I didn’t find any official Trailmix for this exam and this PDF was the resource I used to guide my studies… Thanks for this material.

#104 The instructions were very clear and it truly included everything that one will need to get familiar with this functionality. I was able to go through the steps and create a email template for my users.

#102 Thank you some much for your detailed reply and for providing us in the community with your absolutely fabulous and sooo helpful Step By Step Guide To Using Email Templates in Salesforce. I was casting about all over the internet for information about setting this up correctly. Its quite remarkable Salesforce does not supply a guide to this process, and then how to create templates. I spoke with a friend who works as a Pardot Consultant at Salesforce and she explained they have been a bit swamped with the rollout, but will produce better user guides in the near future (I did share your guide with her as an excellent example of how they should do it).

#91 Love the screenshots with callout, the link to prepping an excel spreadsheet was useful. You made it so easy to follow. I learned that it would create my picklist options. I can’t think of a way to make it better. It was great. Thanks for making it fun to read.
