See all users assigned to a specific custom permission set or permission set group. Or, use the report to review an individual user’s assignments.

From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Report Types, and then select Report Types. Select Permission Set Assignment as the primary object.
Then create a report on the custom report type.
