#1MinuteTip Salesforce Einstein has always been a bit confusing for me. There are different features across the different products (like Sales, Service, Marketing, Commerce, Analytics). And then there are platform offerings. Some of these features are free, some are paid, and some are available as freemium. I often had difficulty getting my head around it and understanding the lay of the land.
But then came across this cheat sheet from Salesforce that lists all the different Einstein features across different products and also lists whether its free or paid. A nice, consolidated cheat sheet listing all the different offerings from Salesforce on its Einstein (AI) capabilities.
