Advanced Administrator is the second credential in the role of Admin after the Administrator. It is intended for seasoned Salesforce Administrators who have in-depth knowledge of the platform and have mastered the skills to customize the application at a higher level. This exam tests your knowledge on advanced topics such as Event Monitoring, Salesforce Content, Data Archiving Tools, Change Management, Complex Charting, Dashboard Filters etc. You are also tested on advanced Service Cloud features such as Live Agent, Omni-Channel, Entitlement & Entitlement Processes. The exam includes scenario based questions where you would need to decide the appropriate Process Automation tool. Hence you need to know the capabilities of all declarative tools of Salesforce, plus an overview of Apex would be the icing on the cake. But don’t get overwhelmed by the scope of exam already because we have got your back!
