What is Einstein Copilot Agent?
Einstein Copilot Agent is one of the AI-powered agents in Agentforce that helps users work smarter and faster. It’s like having a personal assistant built into Salesforce! With Einstein Copilot Agent, you can automate routine tasks, get insights and suggestions, and even generate content like emails and chatbot responses. It’s designed to augment your productivity and decision-making, so you can focus on more important things. Think of it as your trusted sidekick, helping you navigate and make the most of Salesforce.
To get started with Einstein Copilot Agent, simply click the Einstein icon in the top right corner. Now you can ask it questions about your Salesforce data just like you would ask a colleague. For instance, you could ask “Give me a summary of the Edge Communications account.”
Einstein Copilot Agent Actions
When you ask a question to Einstein Copilot Agent it looks at its topics & actions to determine which action(s) to use, to do what the user is asking it to do. These actions can be standard actions or custom actions.
Standard Actions
Einstein Copilot Agent comes equipped with a set of AI-powered actions called “Standard Actions”. They are pre-built actions that automate common tasks.
Here are some key standard actions. (The actions shown in your org may differ based on the license and features activated. Additionally, Salesforce may add or update these actions in future releases.)
