#SalesforceSummer25 – Instantly View a User’s Permission Sets, Groups, and Queues in One Click

#1MinuteTip #SalesforceSummer25 Salesforce now makes it easier to view a user’s permission sets, permission set groups, public group memberships, and queue assignments — all from a single page.

You can also add or remove a user from one or more permission sets, groups, or queues. You can also search, sort, and refresh the lists in each summary section.

Product Area: Security

Just click the new “View Summary” button on the user detail page, and you’ll get a consolidated view without navigating to different tabs. This enhancement significantly improves user management efficiency, especially in large orgs with complex permission structures.
