#1MinuteTip #SalesforceSummer25 A powerful new enhancement in Flow Builder allows you to get related records from multiple objects (like Contacts, Cases, and Opportunities etc.) directly using a single “Get Records” element.
Previously, you managed related records by adding separate Get Records elements.
With the Get Records element, you can select related object relationships, which can help you reflect complex business logic. Related records in the Get Records element are available in screen flows, autolaunched flows, and template-triggered prompt flows.
Product Area: Flow
1. In the ‘Get Records’ element, click ‘Also get related records’ and click ‘Select Related Records’

2. Select child objects like Contacts related to Account in the Related Records configuration screen.

3. Select the object and the fields that you want to retrieve.

4a. Following the previous steps, add other related objects like Cases & Opportunities.
4b. Select each of the related object and click on Filter, Sort, Store tab to specify the filter condition and the sort option for the selected object.

4c. For each related record object, specify how many records to store.
