#1MinuteTip #SalesforceSummer25 You can now kickstart an autolaunched Flow Approval Process directly from the Approvals app in Salesforce. With just one click on “Create Flow Approval Process”, you’re guided to choose between using a Wizard (for quick setup) or starting from scratch (for full customization).
The wizard makes it easy to set up a draft process with up to 3 levels of approvals, final actions, and a recall path. For more flexibility, you also have the option to build an autolaunched flow approval process from scratch by using Flow Builder.
Product Area: Flow Approval Process
In the Approvals app, click Create Flow Approval Process.
Select Use a Wizard.
Specify the label, API name, number of approval levels, whether to add final actions and recall path.
Salesforce will create a draft flow approval process and open it in Flow Builder. Configure the draft elements and resources to meet your approval needs.
