Salesforce Event Relay for AWS is GA

#1MinuteTip Salesforce Event Relay for AWS is now Generally Available. Event Relay is a big part of how Salesforce is building a unified developer experience that spans the Salesforce and AWS platforms.

Integrating Salesforce with AWS is one of the most common requirements. Bringing these platforms together with events gives customers the ability to extend Salesforce’s clouds to the custom apps and services they’ve built in AWS. Event Relay lets developers natively create bi-directional event-driven integrations without custom code or middleware.

For more information about this integration, please read the Salesforce developer’s blog post (link below)

#SalesforceWinter23 – Disable OAuth User-Agent Flows

#1MinuteTip #SalesforceWinter23 You can now block the user-agent flow so that developers can’t use it to build new integrations.

CAUTION: But be careful. Blocking this flow is likely to break mobile applications, including those developed by Salesforce such as the Salesforce mobile app and the Field Service mobile app, and is also likely to break managed packages.

To avoid disruptions, audit and test your integrations before blocking a flow.
